Concept
Our technical and design departments work closely with clients to develop unique, custom-made products. Utilizing modern 2D and 3D CAD systems, our technicians combine stylistic vision with optimal technical solutions, offering complete collaboration from initial modeling to selecting the most suitable materials.
Prototype
Through rapid prototyping and pilot mould manufacturing, we produce physical samples in exceptionally short lead times. Clients can inspect the new article firsthand, test its performance, evaluate aesthetic finish, and verify material behavior before committing to final production tooling.
Moulds Construction
Decades of operator expertise combine with state-of-the-art parametric design software for mould engineering and construction. Our internal toolmaking department guarantees absolute confidentiality, maximum reliability, and fast, dependable delivery schedules.
Production
Bertoli Antonio's manufacturing plant features advanced high-tech machinery. Plastic injection moulding presses are fully automated and robotized, offering clamping forces up to 220 tons. Zamak die-casting machines reach up to 50 tons capacity and are continuously monitored via numerical control systems.
